Refund and Cancellation Policy
When entry fees can be refunded, transferred, or withheld.
Organizer cancellation
If ARS Gaming cancels a paid event before it begins, verified entry fees are refunded to the original payment source or agreed UPI account.
Team withdrawal
Withdrawals before registration close may qualify for a refund less non-recoverable gateway charges. No refund is due after roster lock.
Disqualification
Teams removed for rule violations, fraud, or cheating are not eligible for entry-fee refunds.
Processing time
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7–10 business days after verification.
